An American singer-songwriter and entertainer   
KennaDee was born in Alabama into a musical family. Growing up, she was heavily involved in anything and everything music. She sang in various ensembles, took part in town events and charity concerts.   
In 2015, she started her music career. She found herself in a rock and blues band out of New York called "The Measure", where she was the lead singer, songwriter and rhythm guitarist for five years. After that, she kicked off her solo career.  
Since then she has played countless venues, benefits, private parties and festivals. She has also been featured on NPR’s "Common Threads" and Westcott Radio’s "Hit-n-Mix" (both hosted by Larry Hoyt) as well as "CNYLive!" hosted by Fred Reed.   
And in late 2019 KennaDee released her debut album “Gypsy Soul”, which earned her a SAMMY (Syracuse Area Music Awards) nomination.

MUSIC

KennaDee is a multi-genre musician that covers everthing from acoustic folk to hard rock.

In late 2019, she released her debut album, “Gypsy Soul”, which was featured on NPR’s “Common Threads” as well as CNYLive! Go on an acoustic journey of her life through her heartfelt words and beautiful music!

Since then, she has dabbled in electronic music as well as hard rock, createing single releases "Gonna Get My Gun" and "Then You Walk Away".

During the COVID pandemic, KennaDee started a YouTube series called #KennaDeeCoveringItUp, where she would play cover songs that her fans would request and she had a really great response! Here's a glimpse!

KennaDee books quite a few private parties, when not performing at local bars and restaurants. She is available for clubs, private events, corporate events, weddings and festivals.

She is a professional musician that takes pride in putting customers first by understanding the nature of their setting, the needs of the facility, and promoting the interests of the audience.
